PocketPOS - Why does the reference numbers not show on my statement
Reference numbers do not always show in the transaction history or on your statements.
We advise to keep an invoice book on hand should you you require te keep track of the reference numbers and payment or alternatively send a copy of the electronic receipts to yourself after each transaction.
