How do I change my bank details?

To request change of bank details we need the following documents to be sent to accounts@wappoint.co.za:

1. A bank statement to prove the new bank details or official bank document confirming your bank details

2. A signed letter, preferably on your company letterhead, stating your company name and asking to change from x to y bank account and giving permission for us to take money from and place it into the new bank account. 

Please also state when you would like this bank change to be made on which date and can the money still be paid into the old account until that date or must we hold that money until the change has been made and we pay it out into the new account when change has been done.
