PocketPOS - Device not charging
- Test the charger by plugging your phone into the Pocket Pro charger or try to charge the device with a similar android phone charger. If that does not work then the charger is faulty. If it does charge other devices, then the device is faulty.
- If the battery is completely flat do not use a computer or laptop to charge the device. Use a plug
- When Plugging in the charger, does the device’s LED light up? If so, then this is a battery problem and the device needs to be replaced.
- Also, verify that you plugged in the charger correctly.
