PocketPOS - Authentication failed error
- If you have not used your Pocket POS in more than 2 months, please contact WAPoint support on 021 3000121 or log a support ticket in order to check if your logins need to be reactivated.
If you have been using your device, here is how to troubleshoot:
- Check if you have put in the correct logins. If you have input the wrong logins, you will get this error.
- Ensure your time and date format on your phone is set to 'automatic'
- Check permissions. Go to your phone settings > apps > pocket pro > permissions. Make sure the permissions for phone and storage is enabled
- If all fails, please reinstall the app and when the app requires access to contacts, camera etc, ALLOW all permissions.
