PocketPOS - Authentication failed error

  • If you have not used your Pocket POS in more than 2 months, please contact WAPoint support on 021 3000121 or log a support ticket in order to check if your logins need to be reactivated.

If you have been using your device, here is how to troubleshoot:

  1.  Check if you have put in the correct logins. If you have input the wrong logins, you will get this error.
  2.  Ensure your time and date format on your phone is set to 'automatic'
  3.  Check permissions. Go to your phone settings > apps > pocket pro > permissions. Make sure the permissions for phone and storage is enabled
  4. If all fails, please reinstall the app and when the app requires access to contacts, camera etc, ALLOW all permissions.
