Why is my payments taking so long to reflect in my bank account?

Understanding how our payments work:

All the transactions banked before 9pm in the evening is processed the next day, for the banks to pay out the funds to us during that day. (the PrintPOS/MiniPOS device auto settles in between 8:30 and 9pm in the evening)

We then try to release those funds to you that same day, if there is no delays from the bank side.

We release payments from an Absa or Nedbank account, depending on which device you use. If we release your funds into an Absa or Nedbank account, you will receive it on the same day but there might be a day or 2 delay in between the other banks.

If you do not get your payment then, it could be due to the following reasons:

1. There was a delay from the bank side to release all the payments in time to us (this does not happen often)

2. Should you have a lot of transactions to settle for the day or perhaps your signal is a bit weaker than normal, it can make the settlement take longer to bank. Transactions banked after 9pm will only be processed on the 2nd day.

Solution: Manually bank your device at the end of the trading day. (Watch this video on how to settle your PrintPOS/MiniPOS card machine: https://youtu.be/Lve4SDNIowc )
