Why have I been invoiced for the rental amount if I made the turnover for a free rental?
We bill everyone around the 25th for the last day of the month. If the system sees that by the 25th, turnover has not been reached it will make an invoice and load the debit order but if they reach it by the last day, the system refunds them and credits the invoice again
