MiniPOS APQT / PrintPOS APW3 - 'enter offline pin'
If you get the request to enter a 'offline pin' on the screen AFTER the customer inserted their card, this normally means that the customer must put in their pin.
If however this is asked before the customer puts in their card, please restart your device or check your network and try again.
