MiniPOS APQT / PrintPOS Card Machine - No 4G signal or communication failure (signal troubleshoot)

Version 1 (Works on SIM cards only)
Swipe down on the signal bar to see the 4G signal. If you don't have 4G signal on the SIM cards do the following step below:

Version 2 (Works on Wifi & SIM cards)

If you have the latest Cashier App, you are able to transact on WiFi, try to connect to your WiFi on to see if it resolves the issue. If not, follow these steps to get it working on the SIMs again:

Important Notice: Doing this too many times can block the SIMs with the SIM provider and unlocking them takes 24 hours. Therefore, we only recommend you try this once and if you're struggling, get in touch with us after the first attempt.

STEP 1 - Check APNs:

Go to settings

Select Network & internet

Select mobile network

Scroll to the bottom and select advanced

Scroll to the bottom and select Access point names

(Press the + icon in the right-hand corner if you don't see 'Huge' in the options and enter this info below)

Enter name: Huge

Enter APN: cnbbw.co.za

Scroll down and to 'authentication type' and ensure it is on 'PAP or CHAP' selection

Click on the 3 dots in the right-hand corner and click on ‘save’

Select ‘Huge’

- Now do the same on Card 2

STEP 2 - Check SIMS:

- Go to Settings
- Network&Internet
- Sim Cards

*You should see both sim 1 and 2 that has a blue toggle next to it, if sim 1 is grayed out, that means the sim card is not inserted correctly in the back. Sim 1 is the one on the  left*

You should see "Card 1" on all the points listed

- Go one back

- Mobile Network

- Scroll down to Advanced

- Scroll down to Access Point Names

- APNs should be on Huge Connect

- Select Huge Connect

- Go to Access Point and make sure it is set to "PAP and Chap"

Repeat these steps for SIM 2
