How do I cancel my WAPPoint account or monthly subscribtion?

To cancel your account whether you have a purchased device, rental device or an online payment portal, you need to notify us 30 days in advance via any of the following methods:

  • Send an email to support@wapppoint.co.za
  • Log a support ticket on Help Desk to request cancellation of your subscription
  • Call us on 021 3000121 to request a cancellation
  • Complete the online cancellation form with the address we need to collect the device from: https://wappoint.co.za/cancel/ 

We will require the following information:

  1. Reason for canceling
  2. Collection address of the device/s (if applicable). Alternatively, if you can send your own courier, please send us the waybill number once booked.
  3. Collection date you want us to send the couriers on
  4. If you only want to send back some of your devices, please list the device numbers
