Urovo WPAU / Move 3500 WPNM / WPI - How to do a SIM Swap

Only do a SIM swap if you have connectivity issues and your device struggles to find a strong enough signal.

*SIM swap can only be done with a device with 2 SIM cards.

  • Switch off your device completely 
  • Open up the back  flap of the device
  • Switch the two SIM cards around, the one if the other one's place (do not put the SIMS in any of the other slots)
  • Switch on your device
  • Do a parameter download to see if the device is working better
